AdSage Digital is a boutique digital marketing and PPC consulting brand founded and operated by Amardeep Singh. This landing page is primarily a lead generation funnel offering free, non-binding campaign growth plan drafts to eligible small and medium businesses inside Europe.

2. Growth Plan Eligibility

While any qualified business owner may apply, AdSage Digital reserves the sole right to evaluate applicant suitability and decline drafting a strategic plan if the advertising budget, industry, or operational scale does not fit our ex-Google expert optimization capabilities.

3. Use of Strategic Materials

Any preliminary performance marketing insights, conversion metrics, or strategic mockups shared during the growth planning phase are provided for advisory/promotional purposes only. They do not constitute a formal guarantee of return on ad spend (ROAS).

4. Intellectual Property

All original copy, diagrams, process visuals, layout designs, and the AdSage Digital brand identity featured on this page are the exclusive intellectual property of AdSage Digital and Amardeep Singh. No reuse is permitted without direct written consent.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted under European Union law, AdSage Digital shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from ad platform algorithm updates, budget configurations made by third parties, or advertiser account status events.
